Product Description: ThermoLock KF-S 011 is an innovative white multifunctional composite plaster developed specifically for exterior facades. This material is a single-component system that replaces the classic multilayer facade assembly (insulation, reinforcing mesh, dowels, base coat, and finish coat) with just one monolithic layer. It is used for finish coating and insulation in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, and it is also an excellent fit for restoring historic facades.
Material Composition: The product is made with a high-quality cement binder, inorganic volcanic aggregates (perlite, pumice, expanded clay), and specialized polymer modifiers. The mix is 100% environmentally friendly (LEED and EPD certified) and contains no carcinogens, asbestos, polystyrene foam, or volatile organic compounds (V.O.C. free).
What ThermoLock KF-S 011 Delivers:
Absolute Fire Safety: The material has the highest A1 non-combustibility class. It does not ignite and withstands direct flame exposure above 1000°C, creating a reliable fire barrier for the building.
Thermal and Acoustic Insulation: The material layer effectively eliminates thermal bridges, reduces temperature shock on the facade, and provides acoustic comfort by absorbing up to 25 dB of airborne exterior noise.
Hydrophobicity and Mold Protection: The composite has water-repellent properties (the "lotus effect"), protecting the facade from the destructive impact of rain, snow, UV rays, and the formation of green algae.
High Vapor Permeability: Unlike polymer insulation materials, the product preserves the wall's diffusion properties, meaning the wall remains breathable. This guarantees unobstructed moisture release to the outside and prevents hidden condensation, fungus, and black mold 100%.
Application Technology: The mix is supplied in kraft bags as a granular powder. To prepare the mortar, use one full bag, add 15 liters of clean water, and mix with a construction mixer for 6-7 minutes. Apply by machine or by hand with a steel trowel. Decorative finishing or painting can be done 48 hours after application.
