Interior Climate Plaster
Lightweight composite for interior finishing (Interior Decorative Plaster). Prevents condensation, mold, and mildew, regulates humidity through high vapor permeability, and eliminates thermal bridges.
Intended Use: ThermoLock KF-S 020 is a multifunctional interior plaster developed specifically for integrated insulation and finish coating of interior walls and partitions. The material is applied directly to brick, aerated concrete, unfinished concrete, or pumice. It is ideal for spaces where insulation must minimize the loss of usable floor area, and it replaces multilayer systems (rough plaster, reinforcing mesh, dowels, and insulation panels) with a single working layer.
Composition: The product is a dry mix in the form of a white or gray granular powder. The composite is based on a cement binder and natural ultralight minerals: pumice, perlite, and expanded clay. The material is 100% eco-friendly, carries green building certification (LEED), and contains absolutely no volatile carcinogens or hazardous fibers, making it completely safe for health in residential interiors.
What It Delivers:
- Thermal and Acoustic Insulation: Significantly reduces heat loss and provides acoustic comfort by absorbing up to 25 dB of exterior noise.
- Absolute Fire Safety: Classified as A1 non-combustible material (withstands temperatures up to 1000°C), creating a reliable fire barrier inside the building.
- Ideal Indoor Climate and Mold Protection: The material has exceptionally high diffusion (air permeability). The wall stays breathable, preventing condensation, fungus, and black mold inside the interior.
- Water Resistance (but not waterproofing): The plaster structure is water-resistant and does not deform from accidental leaks. However, unlike the facade version, this product is not intended to provide full waterproofing for interior spaces.
- Decorative Finish: Makes it possible to create a variety of finish textures—smooth, textured, or rough—without the need for additional putties.
